Blaine Murphy started his construction journey nearly 15 years ago as a production builder (building fast custom homes) for a large company here in DFW. He knew how slowly most highend contractors executed remodel projects, and those who were fast compromised quality. Blaine had a solution, which prompted him to venture out on his own.

Using the same talented artisan tradesmen for every project, NDR is able to fluidly move from one trade to another while maintaining both high production and quality. When working with NDR, you can expect a comprehensive estimation process where the artisan tradesman are involved from the beginning, eliminating surprises, miscommunication and production delays. Every tradesman is able to ask questions, see photos and videos of the job, and make recommendations to ensure an efficient process. The phrase “Touch it once” is often used during project meetings.
